Okay. Okay.

Microphone (3- ME6S) & USB 2.0 Camera:

And the concept of like her through various. Sources of research, various individuals who have spent time in the mindset space. Many different accounts of professionals. Athletes, whoever it may be. There's a concept called the power of 100. I'm big when it comes to mindset, talking about consistency, Sophia. Ever watching any of my episodes or listening to any of my episodes. I am talking about consistency. And one. Thought. That we must dive into is a remedy for consistency. And that remedy is the power of 100, in my opinion. So for example, they say it takes 21 days. To form a habit. It takes 30 to 60 days for it to actually feel like a lifestyle. So if you get to a hundred, you're basically in it for the long haul. I believe it was a Ashton Kutcher. I saw in an interview a long time ago. He or it was him or Jim Carey. They said if you're not willing to do something. A hundred times and fail. Do you not passionate about it? For example, we have a clothing line that you're launching and trying to get off the ground. Have you told a hundred people about that? If you're a fitness coach, have you told people. A hundred people about what you do. Have you made a hundred posts about the same subject matter before you shifted, have you gave a hundred attempts? Have you went to the gym a hundred days before you gave up? Have you tried a diet for a hundred days before you quit? Where are you in your life? And have you given it at least 100? Of it. Before you. Called it quits. So I've started this year on a journey. If you watched my tic-tac, I was going in day by day, just doing my little tickers, my little things. Day by day and I believe. I got to. About DEI F. 60. When I was posted, I was supposed to cause this lead to about day 45, 46. But now still holding strong to about like day 60, if you know my story. Earlier this year. My wife passed away. That is a big part of this journey of my testimony. Of my, of how that impacted me, impacted my children and how that correlates to me being a mindset development coach. So I got back on the, I'll say a horse. Of my hundred days of this year of total transformation. And a lot of the things are correlated in the beginning of this year. I still do until this day which is starting off my day with the Bible. I'm doing the Bible again, the. Read the Bible in a year challenge. I'm doing that again. I fell back a couple of days, but I'm not that far behind. I'm like, what day is it? It's They. Too. 80. And I'm like on two 60 or something like that. Playing catch up basically. What, if someone will do that to you, but I'm being, I'm getting caught up in my journey in that aspect. I'm looking up here, cause this is my chart. So I did a great job of cutting out sugar at very occasionally. I might eat sugar. Very occasionally. I did a low carb diet as well. And I cut that down as well, but being consistent in my body's starting to get to the point where certain things is just rejecting. I can't really eat like my, like I can grab a piece of bread and my body's going to be like, no, We don't want that cake. No, we don't want that cookies. Any kind of sugary sweet is going to say no, don't even let that touch your tongue. And the reason why I've gotten there is because I've been determined to get my health right. To stay focused. Cause it's more than just me. One and a healthy lifestyle. I know, I now have an anchor and he, we talked about my other episode of consistency and finding your why. I didn't really use the word anchor but the association is the same, your anchor. I think that's going to hold you true to stay in. True. And that's me being a single father, raising three kids, one in college. Homeschool the rest. Actually I have a teacher for them, but that's another story for another day. However, it is just me and them for now. And. And I want to be as healthy and sustainable as possible. And I know what losing my wife, I've dealt with a lot of stress. I've dealt with a lot of depression. And one of the things that's helped me is my diet. My prayer life, my time spending with God. And if you could see over to the left, if you're watching the video, I have a whole. Jim set up now in my office. Oh, let me fix that. Yep. I have a whole gym set up in my office now. Where I have no excuse not to get in shape. No excuse not to stay on track with my fitness goals. And whatever your anger is, it's going to secure you and your process of development. Now the power of 100. It really determines, do you really want to do this? If you're building a business, you, for example, I like using the simplest business I can think of is starting to close in line. Can you go a hundred days going full throttle, promoting your business. If you don't think you can last a hundred days is not for you. If you want to try being vegan right. Oh, a pescatarian or carnival or whatever diet you choose. You want to test it out? If you don't see yourself. Pushing for a hundred days. You get today 10 and you're like, nah, it's not for me. You get today 20 nah, I'm not even gonna make it a happy yet. Those are signs that route is not really for you. Your true passion will show in your desire to be. Consistent. Or that now full circle moment, right? There's a good phrase that if you love something, you let it go. And if it comes back, that's, that's how you'll know that is for you. So that might be a business that you put down is the opportunity that keeps coming back. Like me get into the speaking space and being like a mindset coach. Like for years, I've always talked about mindset development and helping individuals. And I try to do other things like leadership coaching and. And business coaching, all these things. When it all brought me back to mindset, which is where I started at. Maya said, communication, your thought process, how you connect with others. Can actually transition into those other areas, finance business, family. It all starts in the mind. And that's the core of what I'm doing now. Unpacking, whatever it is that you want to do accomplish in life and really find the root, finding the root cause as to why you're not doing that. And then replacing that anchor with the anchor, that's going to get you to your point. That just came to me now. I actually don't think about it. Is people are anchored in something now, and they don't realize that they're anchored in it, their old way of thinking their old mindset. And they have to dig down to have to dive down in that water, see what you're hooked up to. She's like, why is this anchor not coming up? And then you got to loosen that anchor and attach that anchor to something else. To be sustainable with. So might be past trauma, lost of a loved one. Word curses that has been spoken over you, like doubt, self doubt, things that have Oxford, your pass, to make you the person that you are today and then finding out, okay, I need a new anchor. I want to do this for my kids. I'm gonna do this for my family. I. Have a found a new calling in Jesus, whatever it is, you have to find that new anchor that's going to perpetuate you to achieve your goals. Now I want you guys to think about it, whether your goal is. Lifestyle change. Health change. Financial change. Business change, career change, relationship change. Whatever it is. Think about that for a moment. And think about what you're doing right now to achieve the goals in that space. Now ask yourself. Can I do this for a hundred more days. Can I do this diet for a hundred more days? Is this relationship worth putting in effort? A hundred more days, a hundred more tries. Oh, J more failures. Are you willing to fail a hundred times? I wanted to go to the gym. A hundred days straight before you quit on your fitness goal, because if you can make it to a hundred, your life has definitely changed at that point. Mega routine, you looking for financial breakthrough. Make an effort. Okay. I'm putting$1. A day, every time I get paid. I'm putting a dollar$10 away. Do that. A hundred times. Every time you get money. But that away before you know it, you're going to have a nice savings account, nice investment account that you're not touching. A hundred is your goal a hundred is your anchor. You want to lock in on that number 100. Now I believe as I'm recording this. There are about a hundred days left in the year. Actually. Now think about it yesterday. September October, November. December, y'all do the quick math. It's 30 plus 31 plus 30 plus 31. 121 days left in a year. Actually dated for so 118 days. So I want you guys, when there's a hundred days left, which would be about September 11th. Is a hundred. September 11, it would be about. Sorry. I'm just like free-flowing while I'm on here. Sorry guys. But yeah. So around September 21st. Okay. September 21st. Let's call it a yell let's call September 21st day. All right. One fall begins. September 21st, my son's birthday, actually, I'm gonna set a goal for that. You want to get locked in? I want you over the next two weeks. Over the next two weeks from now. Until September 21st, if you're listening to this, when it drops or that week before, or if you're listening to this before. The top of 21st, I want you to make a decision by September 21st and say, I'm going to go a hundred days. I'm a workout five minutes a day, every day for the last hundred days of the here. I'm going to eat healthy one. I don't even gotta be all your meals. Make your breakfast or your lunch or your dinner, make your dinner. You're healthy meal, right? Like I'm going to do a clean eating, like N only fruits and veggies. For dinner. No starches, no meat, whatever. Whatever diet you're on, I'm going to get locked in for a hundred days. And stay committed to it. I'm going to read my word. A hundred days, I'm going to pray for 10 minutes a day, every day. A hundred days, make that your effort, make it a little thing. I talked about little goals. It's going to transform your life. I'll say set one small health go. One small spiritual growth goal. And one small financial goal and one small mindset goal, for your health goal. I'm going to work out five to 10 minutes a day, no matter what I, if I get an hour in at the gym, that's great. But at the minimum, my minimum goal. Is doing five to 10 minutes. And then next you're going to do like your spiritual growth goal. Okay. I'm a pray every day and read a word of God every day. As much as I can. And give me 10 minutes. Give me five, give me 10 minutes. A day for a hundred days straight. Your I already went over to how's it go? Financial goal. I'm going to put$1. In the savings account. And can use the savings. I'll make a savings account. That I'm not touching. I'm gonna get a Robin hood account. Or some kind of account stash account, and I'm a transfer$1 a day. And to that account and see where that investment goals. I'm trying to think of other the ones that I say mindset, go mindset. Go. I'm going to listen to a podcast. Everyday I'm listening to more, more or less every week. I'm listened to every day, right? I'm going to read a book. That's going to stimulate my mind once a day. For a hundred days straight. And see where you are. A lot of people are going to be setting new year's resolutions. And they're going to try to kick off the gear, right? But you're going to have a hundred day start. You're going to have 100 day, start on everyone. So September 21st. Get locked in. Get ready. To change, get ready to transfer. Form your life. Give it all, you got set, minimum goals, realistic goals. Set the smallest goal you can think of. It can be as silly as I'm gonna do one pushup, one jumper Jack, and one set up. A day. I'm going to read one scripture a day. I'm going to eat one piece of fruit a day. It could be so small, but I guarantee you those little smart, intentional things. It's going to boost your mind is going to stimulate your mind, your psyche. When you're checking off those lists and actually put it on a checklist. I make the smallest goal possible that, you can't, you have no excuse not to do. And check them off. Save that dollar, eat that one piece of fruit, do that one set of pushups, whatever it is. Get Intuit. September 21st, man, I'm encouraging you guys to get locked in. Transform your life. Be a hundred days ahead, a hundred days better. Then you would have been, had you not started. When everyone's doing a new year resolution, you're going to be the one that's already in your new lifestyle. So I encourage you guys. You got this, you can do this. This has been more reasonable, more or less catch you guys next time.
